Hosting. This site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). When you visit, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Order & contact forms. If you submit our brief form, we process the details you enter (name, email, company, project information) to prepare and deliver the requested funnel and to communicate with you. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep this data only as long as needed for the business relationship and statutory retention periods.

Cookies & analytics. We only use analytics cookies with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you accept in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) with IP anonymization to measure how visitors use the site. Google may process this data in the USA; transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We measure page views, clicks on our order buttons, opened demos and submitted briefs, never the content you type. If you decline, nothing loads. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing removes the analytics cookies.

Demo funnels. The interactive demos on this site are display copies: their tracking is disabled and no advertising data is collected from playing them.

Business contacts we reach out to. We contact people at game studios and publishers whose role makes our services relevant to them (founders, managing directors, marketing and user-acquisition leads), only at work addresses. We process name, job title, company, work email, country and our correspondence. Sources: public company websites, app-store and Steam developer pages, professional networking profiles, and B2B contact-data providers that verify work email addresses. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering relevant services to businesses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); each email is a one-to-one business message about the recipient's role, and we do not send such emails to recipients in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Poland or Israel. The data sits in our own CRM on EU servers (Hetzner Online GmbH) and our email provider's mailboxes. We keep it until you object, or at most 24 months after our last contact; after an objection we keep only your email address on a block list so we never write again.

Your rights. You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, restrict processing, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR) — click “No more emails” in any of our emails, reply, or write to us, and we stop immediately.
